New Purchase my new "Brooks Ghost3" 
Today we ran ... Here we are at the end of the season, a time of good wishes and good intentions.
With Christmas just outside we decided to make a "jog" here with the QDR and friends to be completed with cocktail and final wishes of the rite.
As for the 21km course together are literally flew by, a chat with the first one then the other made sure to go fast quest'allenamento, the rhythms are clearly at the end of the season and in this period is ok .... just around the 15th km we had a little brawl with Alexis, Fred and George with a throttle km done that for us to say 3:45 / km in order not to fall asleep all the legs, drinking fountains along the way almost all "frozen" the final refreshment was with a "Spriz" at the bar with Christmas greetings to all comrades of a thousand battles!
