Sono anni che lo vado predicando: gli aiuti (così come
sono organizzati) fanno male agli Africani!! Vedo che finalmente pure qualche economista se n’è accorto, e con immenso piacere torno sull’argomento per ribadire il concetto. Premetto che non sono depositario di nessuna Verità inerente l’Africa perché la conosco molto poco. Ho navigato tutto il Nilo per arrivare in Sudan e nel Sahel; poi Niger, Mali, Mauritania e in volo alla Sierra Leone da dove, attraversando Guinea Bissau sono arrivato a Banjul e quindi in Senegal.
