Yet another good race organized by the Friends of the marmots, rather sorry that the other "my friends" Those kind of Rozzano have gone up in Pavia, ignoring perhaps the most fascinating races of Milan, surely many of them do not know the beauty of Cave Park (in fact called the Central Park of Milan) of forest and lakes in the city, 21km we did almost all surrounded by greenery in and out of Trenno-Bosco Park in the city and Cave!

Among other things, very well signposted and well-manned, the abundant refreshments and meeting at the arch are a must for this event, the ultimate rich undercover dining and warm cheered the morning!

Accantonata la domenica si ricominciano gli allenamenti, per la Milano Marathon...oramai alle porte mancano all'appello un po di lunghi, come velocità di base ci siamo, anche oggi i 21km sono passati in 1h40min contando le 4 soste per i ristori non male direi, domenica prossima cè Abbiategrasso ed i km da fare devono essere necessariamente almeno più di 25, mentre per il 13 marzo è gia programmato un lunghissimo 34km in compagnia di Pino VCA, faremo la prova Maratona!!!
